1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://gamepass.mba.org.mv (“GamePass”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and the purchase of tickets for sports matches and events.
1.2 GamePass is operated by the Maldives Basketball Association (Registration No. 141/NSA/CERT/2017/4), registered at the Office of the Commissioner of Sports in the Republic of Maldives.
2. Eligibility
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use GamePass and purchase tickets.
2.2 You must provide accurate and complete information when registering or purchasing tickets.
3. Ticket Prices and Payment
3.1 The price of each ticket is MVR 20.00 (Maldivian Rufiyaa Twenty Only), inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway partners. Accepted payment methods will be displayed at checkout.
3.3 All payments are final at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated in the Refund Policy (Section 7).
4. Ticket Purchase and Delivery
4.1 Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
4.2 After successful payment, your electronic ticket (e-ticket) will be delivered via SMS to the mobile number provided.
4.3 You are responsible for verifying the ticket details immediately.
4.4 The e-ticket QR code or barcode must be presented at the venue (printed or on a mobile device).
5. Use of Tickets
5.1 Tickets are non-transferable unless approved in writing. Resale is strictly prohibited.
5.2 Any duplicated or fraudulent ticket will be denied entry without refund.
5.3 Entry is subject to venue rules, security checks, and any health/safety protocols in effect.
6. Event Cancellation, Postponement, or Changes
6.1 If a match is cancelled and not rescheduled, you will be entitled to a full refund.
6.2 If a match is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket remains valid.
6.3 Changes to teams, players, or scheduling do not qualify for a refund.
6.4 We are not responsible for additional costs (travel, accommodation, etc.).
7. Refund Policy
7.1 Apart from event cancellation or rescheduling, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
7.2 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14–30 business days.
7.3 No refunds will be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, or violation of venue rules.
8. Prohibited Conduct
- Reselling or attempting to resell tickets
- Using bots or automated systems to purchase tickets
- Attempting to defraud the system or other users
- Using the website for unlawful purposes
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by Maldivian law, GamePass is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9.2 Total liability will not exceed the price paid for the ticket(s).
10. Intellectual Property
All content on GamePass is owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced or used without permission.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives.
11.2 Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Malé, Maldives.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of GamePass indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
By purchasing a ticket or using GamePass, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
